An article
on Josh and his P.R.O. Series win at North Alabama Speedway is in the
June issue of Late Model Illustrated Magazine!
December
4, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway, Summertown, TN- Josh and the crew would be
on hand for the 4th annual Christmas for Kids race held at Thunderhill
Raceway. 17 Super Late Models registered in. Josh would move into the
lead in the feature and hold off attempts by David Earl Gentry and Eric
Hickerson to take the win!
November 28, 2010- Magnolia Speedway, Columbus, MS- 38 Super Late
models would register in for the second day of the annual Possum Town
Grand Prix. Josh wouldn't lock in to the feature through qualifying, but
he did make it into the feature race through his b-main. Starting the
feature in 17th place, Josh would make it up to 5-6 place. A caution
would come out on lap 47. On the restart of the race, Josh's already
worn out tires that he started the race with would give up and he would
lose a couple of positions. Josh still finished the race in 7th place!
November 27, 2010- Magnolia Speedway, Columbus, MS- Out of 48
Super Late Model entries in the P.R.O. sanctioned, annual Possum Town
Grand Prix, Josh would not qualify well enough to lock in to the feature
race. He would have to run a b-main. Josh still would not make it in to
today's feature race.
October 23, 2010- Whynot Motorsports Park, Meridian, MS- Tonight,
Josh would get another chance in the b-main to secure a starting
position in the 100 lap feature race. With the fuel problem fixed, hopes
were high that he would be able to make it in. During the b-main, Josh
had advanced toward the front when there was a pile up of cars in the
middle of turns one and two. With no place to go, Josh would end up in
the middle of the pile up. A ruined right front wheel and tire would put
an end to Josh's racing for this event.
October 22, 2010- Whynot Motorsports Park, Meridian, MS- The
Putnam Race Team traveled to Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS for
the 16th Annual Fall Classic. Tonight's race format would be the
qualifying and heat races for tomorrow nights 100 lap feature race. 60
of some of the top drivers in dirt track racing would register in for
the event. Battling fuel pressure problems, Josh would not qualify well.
Before the heat race, the team changed the fuel pump thinking that this
was the problem. Having to start the heat near the back and still having
fuel problems, Josh would not advance into the top 3 lock in spots on
the dry slick, one groove race track. He would get one more chance for a
feature starting position in tomorrow's b-main.
October 9, 2010- Duck River Speedway- Tonight, Josh would set
quick time out of his group and second fastest overall locking in to an
outside pole start in the $3k to win, 40 lap feature. Terry English
would take the lead on the start of the caution filled race with Josh in
second. Around lap 30, Josh would start to challenge English for the
lead when he would start to fall back. He was running in third place
when he suddenly pulled to the infield. The ring gear & pinion had
stripped. CORRECTION: The 5th arm broke and caused the spur gear to
strip.
October 2, 2010- Winchester Speedway- Josh and the crew traveled
to Winchester TN for a 40 lap 3,000 to win race. 44 Super Late Models
registered in vying for a starting position in the feature event. Josh
would qualify with the fastest time in his group and fourth fastest
overall. This would secure the outside pole starting place in the
feature. On the start of the race, Tim Busha would take the lead with
Josh in second. Josh would hold on to second place to the end of the
race. Randy Weaver would finish in third place behind Josh. Great Job
Josh!
September 24-25, 2010- Josh and the team traveled to Columbus, MS
for the 21st annual Magnolia State 100 Championships. 71 Super Late
Models, with some of the biggest names in dirt late model racing, would
register for the event. All cars would qualify for position in heat
races to determine the start order for the 100 lap main event. Josh
would start on the pole of the 5th heat race. Josh went on to win his
heat race securing a 20th place starting position in the feature race!
In the feature event, Josh would move up several positions when about
lap 35 he would be the victim of two other car's wreck. The contact
would break the right rear axle on Josh's car and put an end to his run
for the night. Josh did great just by making the race considering the
caliber of drivers that participated!
September 18, 2010- With only 17 Super Late Models registered in
for the second night of the Danny Sandrell Memorial weekend, the race
format would be the same as the previous night. No heats, feature
starting position would be determined by qualifying. Qualifying would go
better for Josh tonight and he would qualify second fastest in his
group. The would secure the second row outside starting position for the
feature race. The #20 Ray McElhiney started inside 2nd row. On the first
couple of laps, it was the 121, 98, 20, 212, 19 when all of a sudden the
#20 slowed down on the back stretch like something had broken on his car
and he was leaving the track. Everybody behind him slowed too and then
he took off again. In turns 3 & 4, he did it again. Josh checked up but
the #19 of Mark Mears got into Josh and shoved him on into Ray. When he
got enough room from Ray, Josh swerved to the left and went on not
losing a position. A caution flag would be thrown on Ray and he went to
the pits.
They lined the cars back up with Josh in 3rd like he should have been.
Ray was still in the pits. The field came around and took the green flag
and just about the time that Josh got to turn 1, Ray came flying out of
the pits wide open and rammed into Josh catching him in the right side.
It caved the whole right rear in and moved the frame over at least 1-1/2
inches, tore the spoiler off and demolished the right rear of the new
body & wrap. Josh didn't wreck and managed to keep going and so did Ray.
Let's put it this way, Ray came out of the pits and onto the track fast
enough to do that much damage and still fall in line right behind Josh!
The officials never threw a caution, which should have been done because
Ray belonged a lap down and on the rear. Actually, it would have been
Ray's 2nd caution and he belonged in the pits. But, they let the race go
on with Josh having to race against Ray instead of the lead cars. The
whole race it was plain as day that Ray was trying to take Josh out but
couldn't get enough momentum to do it. I've got at least one picture
that proves it! Josh actually ended up 6th even with that much damage.
After the race, Josh followed Ray off the track and through the pits but
never touched him.
Josh went over to Ray's trailer, pushed Ray ONCE and asked him just wtf
he thought he was doing. Ray started shoving Josh backwards and told him
he didn't do anything, it was Josh's fault with the "bonehead" move that
he made in turns 3 & 4 when he got into the rear of him! When he started
saying that and shoving Josh backward it was on like donkey kong!
Josh was disqualified and not a thing was done to Ray. As of right now,
there has been NO notice of a suspension from Thunderhill Raceway. There
was talk from the SRRS officials that they were gonna suspend Josh for
365 days and take ALL of his points away from him! Everything that he
had earned for the whole season! The SRRS owners met the first of the
week and the decision was made to just DQ him for the night, take his
points & winnings for Saturday night and suspend him for the rest of the
season. Which is just a couple of races. He is still 4th place in points
for the season. Josh is the only driver that followed the SRRS the full
season and did not miss a single race. At this point, he will be the 4th
place points champion for the entire season.
September 17, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- With 22 Supers registered
in for the Southern Regional Racing Series/Danny Sandrell Memorial night
one of a 2 night race weekend. The main even starting line up would be
determined by qualifying as no heat races would be run. Josh, not
qualifying well, would start the feature in 10th place. By lap 25 of the
30 lap feature, Josh would move into third place only to get caught by a
lapped car. He would lose 2 positions and have to settle for a 5th place
finish.
September 11, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- Rain out.
September 5, 2010- North Alabama Speedway, Tuscumbia, AL- The team
would take the Pierce chassis, Burns Engines number 212 race car to the
50 lap, $5,000 to win Bama Brawl on Sunday night. Josh would qualify in
the top 10 out of 32 entries to lock into the feature race. Josh would
have a good handling race car the team just made a wrong call on tires
which kept Josh from advancing further in the feature. Josh still scored
a 6th place finish!
September 4, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway, Summertown, TN- Josh would
qualify fastest in his group and 2nd fastest overall out of 24 entries.
Starting the 30 lap, $2,000 to win feature race on the outside pole,
Josh would take the lead at the drop of the green flag and lead every
lap to take the win! Great job Josh!
September 3, 2010- Duck River Speedway, Wheel, TN- The team had a
great weekend with 3 top 10 finishes! Friday night would find them at
Duck River Speedway in Wheel, TN for the SRRS 30 lap $2,000 to win race.
Josh would finish the feature in 8th place.
August 28, 2010-
Thunderhill Raceway, Summertown, TN- Josh qualified in 5th fastest
securing a 3rd row inside starting place for the feature. On the start
of the race, Anthony Burroughs would be charged with jumping the start
and moved back one row putting the F26 of Mark Fields inside pole. On
the restart, Fields would jump the start and be put a row back putting
Josh inside pole. On the next restart, Ray McElhiney would take the lead
with Josh in second leaving the rest of the field to fend for
themselves. McElhiney would go on to take the checkered flag with Josh
still in second place.
August 21, 2010- Tri County Speedway,
Brasstown, NC- Rain out.
August 20, 2010- Boyds Speedway, Ringgold, GA- The team worked
feverishly to get the new engine in Thursday so that they could travel
to Boyds Speedway for the SRRS race the next day. Looking great on the
track, Josh would qualify second fastest in his group and third fastest
overall. This would lock him into the 40 lap main event. In the feature,
Josh would move into third place with the #10 of Chad Ogle challenging
him. Josh would soon move away from Ogle and start moving closer to the
two front running cars of Ronnie Johnson and Skip Arp when the engine
would go down putting him out for the night. Fellow racer Riley Hickman
would generously offer Josh the use of an engine and a shop to work in
so that Josh could race the following night at Tri County Speedway but
the team opted to return home instead. Many thanks to Riley for the
offer!
August 14, 2010- North Georgia Speedway, Chatsworth, GA- Josh and
the team traveled to Chatsworth, GA, for the SRRS race. Josh would run
second in his heat race insuring a starting place in the feature event.
Josh would advance to 7th place when the engine would go down putting an
end to his night.
August 13, 2010- Duck River Speedway, Wheel, TN- The team
transferred the engine out of the Rocket and into the Pierce car this
week and traveled to Duck River Speedway. Josh would qualify in the top
6 insuring a starting position in the feature event. On the start of the
race, the first three or four cars on the outside row would have flats
from debris on the track and have to leave the track for a tire change.
Josh was one of those cars. Each would have to take up the rear when
they returned to the track. Josh would be steadily moving toward the
front, when he had another flat tire. He would be credited with a 15th
place finish.
August 7, 2010- Cleveland Speedway, Cleveland, TN- Out of 30
Supers that registered in, Josh would not qualify in the top 3 in his
group to lock into the feature and would have to run a heat race.
Starting the heat toward the back, Josh quickly moved up into 4th place
which would have transferred him into the feature. Going into turns 1 &
2, Tony Morris in the M31 car would body slam Josh causing him to start
to spin. If Josh had not gotten on the brakes, both of them would have
gone into the concrete wall! While still under caution, Josh showed
Morris his displeasure by tapping Morris in the right side door. Track
owner, Monty Morrow, would black flag Josh and make the decision to not
allow Josh the series provisional for which he would have been eligible
for the feature race.
July 30, 2010- Green
Valley Speedway- Tonight's race would be at Green Valley Speedway in
Glencoe, AL. The night looked promising as Josh would set quick time in
his group locking in a starting position for the main event. Shortly
after the start of the race, it was apparent that the car wasn't
handling. Just a few laps in, the car would spin in turns 3 & 4. Josh
would gather it up enough to get out of the way but the cars running
behind him checked up and there were quite a few cars involved in the
pileup. Even though Josh would be sent to the rear of the pack, Josh
would still manage to rally to a 7th place finish.
July 24, 2010- North Georgia Speedway- The team travelled to
North Georgia Speedway for the 40 lap Southern Regional Racing Series
race. In qualifying, Josh only missing locking into the feature by one
place. Starting the heat race on the pole, Josh would quickly take the
lead and stay there until the checkered flag was thrown securing a 12th
place starting position for the feature. Josh would move up to 8th place
when the #18 of Brandon Kinzer made contact with him. The contact would
cave the metal in front of the left rear tire in. A caution would be
thrown for Kinzer and the other cars involved. On the restart of the
race it was apparent that Josh had sheet metal rubbing the left rear.
Another wreck caused another caution and it was discovered that Josh's
left rear had gone flat. the crew managed to get the tire changed before
the restart of the race but Josh would have to start in the rear. Josh
managed to come back up for a 15th place finish.
July 23, 2010- North Alabama Speedway- The crew decided at last
minute to race at North Alabama Speedway and hopefully get the car
dialed in better. After not qualifying very well, Josh would start the
feature toward the back. Josh advanced to a 5th place finish.
July 18, 2010- North Alabama Speedway- This was a makeup of the
rain delayed SRRS race from Friday night. The car broke the 5th arm, a
shock and drive shaft during hot laps. Of all nights, Josh would draw a
number one starting position for qualifying. Working feverishly, the
team was trying to repair the car in time for Josh to go out and
qualify. They managed to get it together for him to go out with his
group but Josh didn't qualify well. Starting the 30 lap feature in the
12th spot, Josh managed to advance to an 8th place finish. Josh is
steadily moving on up toward the top in the SRRS points. After this
weekend, he is now 4th in points! We have a shock test rescheduled again
for this week. Hopefully it won't get canceled again and maybe we can
finally get the handling issues behind us!
July 17, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- From a field of 25 Super Late
Models, Josh would qualify in 5th fastest overall. This would secure him
a starting position in the feature race. Josh would finish the feature
race in 6th place.
July 8, 9, 10, 2010- Magnolia Speedway- The team traveled to the
Lucas Oil race event at Magnolia Speedway in Columbus, MS. Thursday
night was the open practice for the Super Late Models. After several
laps with slow lap times, the crew made a few adjustments and Josh had
times as fast and faster than some of the top Lucas Oil regulars. On
Friday night, the track had changed and the old handling issues flared
back up. Out of 55 entries divided into 6 groups for qualifying, only 2
from each group would transfer to the main event. Josh didn't qualify in
the top 3 in his group so he would have to run in a consi race Saturday
night. On Saturday night, Josh would start toward the back in the second
consi. He did not make it in to the top 2 transferees to the main event.
But it was a great race and we had a lot fun this weekend. Even though
we didn't make the race it was a great experience for us all.
July 3, 2010- Moulton Speedway- 28 Super's registered in. A bad
call on the set-up for qualifying caused Josh to not qualify well but he
still managed to pull of a ninth place finish in the feature.
July 2, 2010- Duck River Speedway- Josh would start on the eighth
row in the feature. Josh would pull off before the finish of the race.
June 26, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- Out of 15 Super Late Models,
Josh qualified in 4th fastest. Josh would at one time move into third
place only to have a caution and he was scored back in fourth which is
where he finished.
June 19, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- Tonight there would be 16
Supers and Josh would qualify in 6th fastest. Making some adjustments
for the feature race, Josh would quickly move up to fourth place. He was
challenging the third place car of Mark Fields when a caution was
thrown. When the feature resumed, it was apparent that Josh's car was
not running as it should. The team would get almost sick thinking we had
lost another engine when Josh pulled to the infield. When Josh got the
car back to the pits, it was discovered that the rotor button had come
off. Although relieved that was all that was wrong, the team wonders if
we will ever shake the monkey that seems to be on our backs!
Josh would set quick time over all securing the inside pole starting
position for the feature. On the start of the race, Josh would quickly
take the lead only to have a caution thrown before the first lap was
completed. On the restart, the 79 car of Jamie Flannagin would jump the
start and get the lead from Josh. A few laps into the feature, Chris
Ragan would squeeze under Josh and crowd him out in the corner to take
the second place position from Josh. On the locked down track, there
would be very little passing and Josh would finish the feature in third
place. Good Job Josh!
June 12, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- Josh would qualify in second
fastest out of 13 Super Late Models securing a front row starting
position for the feature race. At the beginning of the feature, Tony
Morris would take the lead with David Earl Gentry in second and Josh in
third place. They would finish the feature in the same order.
June 11, 2010- North Alabama Speedway- Out of 13 entries, Josh
would set quick time earning the pole position in the $1500 to win
feature race. During the hot lap session for the Super's, Josh would get
a shock on his car bent and another one would have to be put on. In a
caution filled feature race, Josh would take the lead at the drop of the
green flag. The first caution of the night would come with only one lap
completed. On the restart, Josh would take the lead again. Several
cautions and wrecks later that would take out half of the field of cars,
Josh would still be in the lead. Coming out of turn 4 about half way
through the feature, the handling issue would cause Josh to spin. Josh
would rejoin the tail of the field before a caution was thrown. Josh
would come back through the field of racecars and with only a couple of
laps left to go, he would be challenging Daniel Miller for fourth place.
Josh would finish the feature in fifth place.
June 12, 2010-
Thunderhill Raceway- Josh would qualify in second fastest out of 13
Super Late Models securing a front row starting position for the feature
race. At the beginning of the feature, Tony Morris would take the lead
with David Earl Gentry in second and Josh in third place. They would
finish the feature in the same order.
June 11, 2010- North Alabama Speedway- Out of 13 entries, Josh would set
quick time earning the pole position in the $1500 to win feature race.
During the hot lap session for the Super's, Josh would get a shock on
his car bent and another one would have to be put on. In a caution
filled feature race, Josh would take the lead at the drop of the green
flag.
May 30, 2010- Duck River
Speedway- Even with the threatening skies the car count would be great
for this SRRS event. 40 Super Late Models registered in for the 40-lap
feature race. Qualifying in fourth fastest in his group, Josh would have
to run a heat for a chance into the feature. Starting outside pole in
the heat, Josh quickly jumped out front and won the heat. This would
secure a sixth row inside starting position for the feature. Josh would
move up to finish the feature in seventh place. Good job Josh on 2 top
ten finishes this weekend!
May 29, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- Out of 28 entries, Josh would qualify
in second fastest in his group which secured a second row outside start
in the 30-lap SRRS feature. During the feature the track quickly locked
down and most cars finished where they started. Josh would finish the
race in fourth place.
May 22, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- After hot laps the team made a few
chassis adjustments and Josh would qualify in second fastest overall out
of 18 Super Late Models. Josh would start the feature race outside pole.
Josh quickly took the lead. It looked like we had finally shook the
monkey off when bad luck struck again. After leading the race for 7
laps, the power steering would go out on the race car and Josh would
almost spin in turns 1-2. Gathering the car back up, Josh would rejoin
the race before a caution was thrown. Manhandling the car for the rest
of the 25 lap race, Josh would finish the feature in 7th place.
May 21, 2010- North Alabama Speedway- P.R.O. series race. Rained out.
May 15, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- The team would take the Joe Minga #19
to Thunderhill Raceway. Rain would start just minutes into the hot laps
putting an end to all racing for the night.
May 8, 2010- Wartburg Speedway- Leaving Boyd's Speedway Saturday
morning, the team travelled to Wartburg, TN, for the second night of the
SRRS double header. 21 Supers would register in. Josh qualified third
fastest in his group and fourth fastest overall. Only the top 2 from
each group transferred to the feature. Josh finished the B-main in third
earning a 10th place start in the main feature. Josh would advance to
finish the feature in 8th place.
May 7, 2010- Boyd's Speedway- The team travelled to Ringgold, GA, to
compete in a weekend of racing with the Southern Regional Racing Series.
33 Super Late Models registered in. Josh qualified 4th fastest in his
group but since they were only taking the top 3 from each group, Josh
would have to run a B-main. Josh would pilot the Joe Minga #19 racecar
to take the win in the B-main securing a 11th place start in the feature
event. Just a few laps into the caution plagued feature the cars in
front of Josh would get tangled up and Josh would have to hit the brakes
to keep from ramming them. The car behind Josh did not check up and
tried to go under Josh catching the racecar in the left front wheel. The
damage caused would keep Josh from competing further.
April 30,2010- This week Joe Minga called Josh and offered him a a super
late model to run while Josh gets his car back up and going. Josh and
Curtis went down to Joe's shop and picked the car up and brought it back
to their shop. The crew went to Thunderhill Raceway on Friday night to
test the car out since it hadn't really been set up for Josh. Handling
problems were apparent right off the bat during hot laps when the
backend of the car came around with Josh in 3&4 causing him to spin into
the wall. The crew repaired the car and did some adjustments but the
handling problems persisted. Even so, Josh would qualify 3rd fastest for
an inside 2nd row starting position for the feature. Just a few laps
into the feature, the handling problems were bad enough that Josh would
pull into the infield for the rest of the race.
April 23-24, 2010- Josh
and the crew will take this weekend off to regroup and wait for the new
Wall-2-Wall engine to get here and get the shock testing done. (*Note-
Through no fault of the Putnam Race Team or Wall to Wall engines, the
deal for the engine from them fell through. We apologize to Wall to Wall
engines for this.)
April 16-17, 2010- Green Valley Speedway- Still no shock test
and a borrowed engine, the team travelled to Green Valley Speedway for
two nights of racing with a SRRS double header. Friday night, with the
engine not running good, Josh would not qualify in the top 3 of his
group and have to run a heat race. Finishing second in his heat would
put him into the feature event. Josh would finish the feature in 14th.
On Saturday, it was discovered that several rocker arms were bad on the
engine. Scrambling to find replacements, they finally did and replaced
those. Again having to run a heat race, Josh would start the feature
race toward the back of the field. A first lap pile up would cause the
car behind Josh to clip him on the right rear flattening the tire. The
crew would get a new tire on but Josh would be put on the rear of the
restart for leaving the track. Josh would try to complete the race but
with the ill-handling car and the engine still not running well, he
would retire before the end of the race.
April 10, 2010- Thunderhill Raceway- Still waiting on a shock test
with Sammy, the Putnam Race Team went to Thunderhill Raceway for the
SRRS race. After not qualifying well on the dry track, Josh would have
to run a B-main. Josh was in 4th place, which would have transferred him
to the main event, when the engine went up in a ball of flames!
April 4, 2010- North Georgia Speedway- Southern Regional Racing
Series held a 40-lap, $3,000 to win race at North Georgia Speedway and
the Putnam Race Team travelled there to participate. Still battling
problems with the new shock, Josh would not qualify in to the feature.
He would get a provisional though and started the main event on the last
row. Josh would move up 8 spots and finish the race in 16th place.
March 27, 2010- Clarksville Speedway- Out of 31 entries for the
SRRS event, Josh qualified second fastest in his group. This would
secure a third row outside start for the 40 lap feature race. Josh would
advance all the way to second spot. On lap 36 as Josh set the car up
going into turn 1 the car failed to make the turn. It was apparent that
something had broken causing the car not to turn. Upon inspection, the
right front control arm was bent, the ball joint was broken, and the
shock was ruined. This would put a disappointing end to the race for
Josh.
March 20, 2010- North Alabama Speedway- The new shock package came in.
Josh and the crew got them on the car but there was no time for a shock
test to set them up properly. Even so, Josh decided to run the P.R.O.
series race at North Alabama Speedway this weekend. 26 Super Late Models
would register in. Josh set quick time in his group and also set the
quick time overall! This would secure an inside pole starting position
for the feature event. Fighting fuel pressure problems, Josh would drop
back to third place at one time only to rally back to first place.
During a caution for another car, Josh's fuel pressure would drop and
the car stalled. We thought sure that was the disappointing end to
Josh's night, but Josh would get the car started back. He was able to
continue the race to take the checkered flag in first place! A very
special thank you to the soldier from Texas that gave him the good luck
pin! I think he will be wearing that good luck charm from now on.
March 6, 2010- Duck River
Speedway- 31 Super Late Models registered in. Josh did not make the
feature through qualifying in his group, and would have to run a B-main.
He finished 4th in the third B-main of the night securing a 17th
starting position in the feature race. Josh drove a very good race. He
took his time, passing cars as he could and steadily moved toward the
front. Josh earned the hard-charger award of the night by moving up so
many spots and finishing the feature in 9th place!
February 26-27, 2010- Green Valley Speedway- After qualifying and heats
not going so well the crew put a new set of shocks on for the consi race
on Sunday. In the consi, Josh was heading for the front when the car
barely got off the edge of the top of turn three. The soupy mud up there
would not allow Josh to correct the car and threw him into the frozen
water barrels next to the wall. This would damage the car too badly to
continue the race or to race the feature. Thanks to the guys in the 01
car for letting Josh borrow their car in order to start the feature and
at least get his start money and points!
February 20, 2010- Moulton Speedway- The nights events got off to a good
start with Josh qualifying 4th fastest out of 21 Super Late Models to
secure a second row outside start for the 35 lap feature. On the start
of the feature a caution came out after just one lap in the books. On
the restart of the race, it was apparent as Josh went into turns 1-2
that something was wrong with the car. The steering had gone out. Josh
tried for several more laps to manhandle the car but ended up pulling
off. This would put a disappointing end to this night of racing.
January 8, 2010- At the SRRS Awards Banquet January 8, 2010, Josh was
awarded Second Place in the Championship Points Standings for the 2009
season. The 2009 race season was actually Josh's first full season in a
Super Late Model and his first time to travel with a series! Josh and
the Putnam Race Team are very proud of this accomplishment. He would
like to thank all of his fans and his sponsors without whom we couldn't
do what we do! |
